[TYPO3] Type TEXT and RTE

I'm trying to add a <h2> header in the rte area

Buth if I view the page the output I'm getting is 
"&lt;h2 style=&quot;color: rgb(128, 128, 128); text-align:
center;&quot;&gt;Header2&lt;/h2&gt;

In the database the data is correct, I have tried everything I found on
the net but nothing works
