[TYPO3] uninstalling extentions

if you have access to the install tool (typo3/install) you can remove 
the extension there and afterswards delete all __cached__ files in 
typo3conf. If that doesn't solve your problem, see what the error in 
your localconf is and try to solve it with the editor of your choice ;)
