I hadn't gotten them before I started playing with setDBinit, moreover  
even when I got rid of it I've still been getting these errors.
And on my remote server everything works just fine (with SET NAMES).
I've also noticed that on my local server the html source code also has  
wrong encoding, and it was ok earlier.
