[TYPO3] live/draft workspace

Hi all.
I follow the tutorial of Mariles "Workspace Custom", and with surprise the
workspace works also with the FE user associated to BE user with the
be_simulation extension.
But I'd like to skip onething.

The normal process is this:
The creator user, create or modify a content page, than login at the backend
and by clicking on the Workspace Module send the modifications to the
Reviewer user.
Than the Reviewer send the new content to the Publisher user, at the end the
publisher decide to publish this content.

Instead I would like to skip the step when the creator send an email to the
Reviewer by clicking "Workspace Module" at the Backend, but the email  would
come send directly without login to the backend.

Is there one way to make this?
