[TYPO3] working with front form maker

Dear all;

installed an extension that called " FrontFormMaker " with "
lbarrientos_fe_forms_maker_tca " extension key.
 
When I installed it, it added into services extentions and I can't access it
when I want to create a new content of my page.
Of course I want to let my users to create their optional form with
different fields.
I don't need to use the form contenttype.
