[TYPO3] Link on newloginbox

Hi
   
  I have a newloginbox on my page and I would like to have a link below the forgot password (which says register). When user click it want to redirect to the terms page if they agree with terms it will then redirect to the fe user registration form.  How can I achieve this ?
