[TYPO3] how to add alt tag for image?

Hmmm. I haven't heard back anything.  I just looked it again.  Now I'm 
able to see and enter text in the 'Alt-Text' and 'Title-Text' box. 
However, in page source, both 'alt' and 'title' are blank in href.  They 
can be added but don't show up in browser?
