Hi,

The extension is called "helpdesk" 
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/search/mg_help/1.1.3/

Or you use something like mantis (mantisbt.org) and the single-signon 
extension (http://www.single-signon.com/) -> I use this constellation 
and it is very fine ;-)
