[TYPO3] kb_quickfe -> no worky in 3.7?

hey there,

did anyone succed with kb_quickfe in 3.7.0? i have tried it on two 
seperate installations, but page output fails with:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class tslib_pibase in 
/home/httpd/neutron.super-fi.com/html/greendev/typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/class.tslib_pibase.php 
on line 132

seems to work though on 3.8.0 and above ... i tried both with and 
without realurl activated(index.php, index_trans.php)
