[TYPO3] SimulateStatic & cross-domain links

Hi all,

The test site is based on the typo3wamp 4.0 package. There are a few 
domains with common setup/templates and different trees with an adequate 
domain record for each.

Simulate Static works perfectly within the domains, but not for 
cross-domain links. Instead of

http://new_domain.tld/alias.html

the link looks like Simulate Static is off:

http://new_domain.tld/index.php?id=xxx
