[TYPO3] pbsurvey answers wizard

Hi Alexander,

This has been changed in the new version of pbsurvey. It is only 
possible to enter answers with the answer wizard. I noticed with the old 
version people were making many mistakes when entering values in this 
field manually, so I changed this in the new version.
