[TYPO3] RTE: Links with additional Parameters

Hello,

I would like to add some parameters (for example: &anchor=abc) to links 
manually in the RTE. After I have saved the content element, the link is 
always marked as a wrong link.

Is there a possibility to avoid the link check or do you know, where I 
can find the corresponding function in the source code?

I'm also interested in other solutions.
