[TYPO3] making "indexed search" only search in the content

I had the same problem few days ago.

The solution is to hack one file in indexed_search ext. Look at this.

The problem was reported in bugtracker at 26.08.04 and confirmed by 
Karsten Dambekalns at 05.06.06 (but in TYPO3 3.8.1)
