[TYPO3] Login form/status on every page

It is all controlled via Template > TS Template > Constant Editor > 
Category: Loginbox_macmade. The same template where you put the line in 
setup lib.whatever = < plugin.tx_loginboxmacmade_pi2 to make the small 
loginbox appear.

It will generate line like this or you can put it in manually:
plugin.tx_loginboxmacmade_pi2.feUsersPID = 454
