[TYPO3] Direct Mail not sending mass email

Hi all,

I am using direct mail and trying to send mass email but it wont send
even though its given me this message: 

"Mail scheduled for distribution
The mail was scheduled for distribution at 18-07-06 17:24" this is the
time when I send the email

But when I try to sent a test mail, it works fine.

Does anybody know what I've done wrong ? please help.
