[TYPO3] Alignment of image in text object

I've been looking at various docs but it isn't very clear to me how to do
this. The image in Text/image objects is aligned to the very top of the
object rather than the top of the text. (When using "In text, right e.g.)

It's unseemingly ugly. (Note difference between text and graphic).
This is fixable somehow I suppose, but how?
