[TYPO3] sr_feuser_register Problem

Hi all

I have a problem with sr_feuser_register and typo3 version 4.0.

I have installed it, but it dosent appear in the constant editor. I can 
insert it as a pluging on the page, but gets this error "Edit-option is 
not set in TypoScript " i have tried both with and without flex. same 
result.

Im using it with tt_products, and theres a basket on every page 
(no_cache = 1 )

Help  please....
