[TYPO3] One Tree Multilanguage · Where is the lang selector?

Hi All!

Recently started a new translations for a page made in Typo3 4.0 with 
templavoila.
I created the alternative language pages.
But in Web/Page section the is no a Language seleccion dropmenu linke in 
3.8.
Perhaps I forgot something but, there is something diferent in typo3 4.0 
with this?

Let's see if someone understand my poor english!
