[TYPO3] Port 443 problem

as far as I remember I saw this message and, i am not sure, but it was 
SKYPE that was taking port 443 before xampp.

You must start xampp and then SKYPE and not SKYPE and then xampp.

Of course this could be any other program that listen at port 443.
