They did not use recent version with CSS styled content. Even more, if 
you use TemplaVoila, you are controlling 95% of your markup.

BE has a new nice skin, which is improved a lot for 4.0.1 (many thanks 
to Martin Kutschker for the absolutely excellent job!).

That review a bit obsolete regarding typo3 :)
