Hi Christoph,
I think you have been somewhat manipulative to your wife ;) and who 
wouldn't be after many days of sweating and swearing.

I'm not a programmer and I didn't actually know anything about cms 
before I started to use TYPO3 and the main reason why TYPO3 convinced me 
was: the ease and intuitivity of use for endusers. I have taught to many 
end users in one hour to maintain their site. One of them was 67 year 
old lady whose festivalhome's site I made. And she did and still does 
great with TYPO3.

I do agree that the site maker - that would be you - has to go through 
lot of pain, but not the end user, when the site is properly configured.
