[TYPO3] Typo3 4.0 Install Problems

? I have my whole database there and I am using it for the installation, 
its not a backup database - this is why I am asking because I'm afraid 
that something that is non-recoverable will happen.

Furthermore, I have tried each of those compare/imports, every one, but 
still there seems to be no effect, the page looks the same when I come 
back to it later and I am unsure whether any changes has really been 
made.  This is why I ask which one I should be pressing, so I can leave 
the ones I shouldn't be selecting alone.  Unfortuntately, it does not 
state this in the installation guide.
