[TYPO3] TypoScript Conditions

Hey,

I know that in TSRef there are several possibilities to check on 
UserAgent, IP Address etc.

But is it possible to do a check against a typical TypoScript value?

means something like this:
--------
temp.test = TEXT
temp.test.value = see1

[temp.test.value = see1]

[else]

[end]

--------

Or do I have to create a userfunction for that?
