[TYPO3] typo3 4.0 system requirements

hi,

what are the exact system requirements of typo3 4.0?

This page:
http://typo3.org/about/system-requirements/
doesn't say anything about the necessary PHP/MySQL-versions.

The reason I'm asking is because I'd like to upgrade to 4.0
(or start new sites with 4.0), and somewhere I heard
that the "versioning extension" requires MySQL 4+, and it's
required ("Rq") in typo3 4.0 that I tested locally.
