[TYPO3] sr_feuser_register: There seems to be a problem!

Hello all,

I have had this problem a lot lately. I get send an email as the admin to  
activate people's user accounts, and when I click the link, I get a  
problem and it doesn't work.
Has anyone else experienced that? What does it mean, and how do I fix it?
I am using v2.4 (since 2.5 doesn't seem to work on T3 3.8.1) and the short  
urls with ?RDCT= , which seem to work fine.
