[TYPO3] Preview problem

I recently upgraded from 3.8 to 4.0.  After the upgrade the Preview  
feature quit working.  In order to view pages they now have to be  
unhidden, and if I try previewing in a workspace, both windows show  
the same live content or in some cases the wrong page entirely.

Any suggestions on trouble shooting this, I don't get any error  
messages in logs or on screen.
