I'm ready to go down the Templavoila route, however the "dummy package" 
I download from the official aite is missing files. It doesn't have the 
"template" folder within "fileadmin" and guess there must be more files 
missing. That may explain the installation problems I was having. where 
can I find a complete download of the dummy package which will work?
