[TYPO3] Install problems

Hi all,

bad start, as expected :)

I uploaded the dummy pack and the source on top, then when i go to 
index.php all I get is:

TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "sv" was NOT loaded! 
(t3lib_extMgm::extPath)

Googling I found a few suggestions, like disabling/editing/adding a line 
in localconfig.php. None of these helped.

Then I only uploaded the dummy pack asnd I get this:

Cannot find tslib/. Please set path by defining $configured_tslib_path 
in index.php.

No surprise really, there is no tslib anywhere in the package.

So I'm somewhat lost already at the first step. What am I missing here?
