[TYPO3] setting the module start point for be user/ group after login

I would like to know how to set the strat up module to
be "web_list" for a be-user/ group ater logging into
the backend.
By default the system only also you to set the start
point to the "user task" module.

Taken from the first frame of the typo3 backend:

false;"
