[TYPO3] What happened to T3 4 RC1?

yes, i'd like to say that first i began to report bugs on the tracker. then to comment other bugs.
lately i've begun to provide patches for the simplier bugs i discovered. so that the "core guys" have just to check them and apply.

and it's really fun to help development!

so my invite is to try to do it :)

ps: 4.0 will be great if all the major bugfix and new features that are in queue get done
