[TYPO3] T3b2 bug in browse_links.php line 431?

Hi all!

Don't know if it is a bug or not so I ask the community.

The object browser bugs out on me when trying to open it.

The error msg I get is:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method t3lib_div::quotejsvalue() in
C:\Webdevelopment\htdocs\typo3-4.0b2\typo3\browse_links.php on line 431

It started when I was about to change storage page for chc_forum but the
problems occurs on every page that uses the object browser to find a
record. Inserting images and files works but not adding records to
extensions.
