[TYPO3] problems updating to T3 4 beta2

hi. Just wanted to try out beta2 on my home pc (win xp). So first i 
installed WAMP-quickstart-3.6.0RC1-2 installer to get me a webserver 
running. This works and see the content in FE and BE fine. Than I just 
replaced the t3lib/tslib/typo3 folders with the files from 
typo3_src-4.0beta2.

This however results in a FE error: No pages are found on the rootlevel!
And BE also doesn't give me access. (using admin/password login)

What am i missing here?
