[TYPO3] Cache doesent work

Thank you Dimitry for your help.

I got they bastard ;-)

1. i dident knew that there is no caching when i also have a BE login. 
(thanks a million)

2. I used the extension "Top content". On this pages there was no caching.

Now i have good parsetimes (38ms, 45ms).
