the problem here is that headers DON'T be inside the data.wrap
for the content element type. Headers have own wraps.
You can redefine them, but if you want borders around header
and content element you must set the bottom border of header as zero and
the top border of the content element as zero.
Lacking of wrap for header + other content of the content element is a
real problem.
