[TYPO3] index search

 Hi all,
  I have install index search on linux OS
  and typo3-3.8.0
  with parser
  
  xlhtml
  catdoc
  pphtml
  unrtf
  ooo_extract.rb
  
  It seen that typo3 is indexing only one external file per page during  indexing process. we dont use crawler but frontend connection
  we are setup the indexed search config by :
  Disabling Indexing in Frontend  [not checked]
  Max external files to index [15]
  default value are set for all the other parameters of the configuration
  
  Any help is welcome
