[TYPO3] Understanding palette

 Hi all,
  I just want to to move my field on the wright of the form
  in my extension i do
  t3lib_extMgm::addToAllTCAtypes("tt_content","tx_test_client;;;;1-1-1","uploads");
  
  "tx_test_client;;;;1-1-1" i dont understand all the ;;;; can i use them to move my field  on the wright
