[TYPO3] TSconfig: extended view as default

hallo do you know if there is a TSconfig to make the web.list of a table extended by default?

since there is a big bug and the contextual popup windows doesn't appear if the table is called by the task center List records (that opens the list in the middle frame and not in the third one)
the only way to edit records is going into Extended View

i'd like to make it default, so my editors don't get crazy!

using typo3 3.8
