[TYPO3] Please some help with mutiple lanquages

Hi!
I am trying to get multiple languages in my site.
I made a new language and i translated all my dutch pages in englisch too.
But i need some help with the script.
Can anybody tell me what to do to get this working?
i tried to follow the tutrial but i cannot get into the testsite backend 
(see earlyer post)

it's very inportant i can get this working.
I would be very thankfull
