I'm using:

newloginbox 2.2.9
sr_feuser_register 2.2.1
sg_feautologin 0.3.4

Maybe there is some misconfiguration in one of the plugins!?

sg_feautologin has the following ext_conf here:

always = 1
fegroup = 0
defaultCookieDays = 31
