[TYPO3] Need help on .htaccess/realURL

Dmitry,

As I said I´m not an Apache expert, but I do know that .htaccess should be 
avoided as much as possible because it affects the whole site.  That´s my 
concern and that´s the reason of my off-topic post.  
Regarding WordPress, it is not necessary to use mod_rewrite in order to get 
Permalinks.  I don´t know how do they do and I don´t care.  I just know that 
I do use WordPress with Permalinks without .htaccess using something like 
/index.php/dir/%title%/ or whatever.
