[TYPO3] Setting max file size for uploads in the BE

heya all,

I keep on getting this message:

1: Filesize (1.0 M) of file '/tmp/phphiPdLg' exceeds limit (500 K).

Now I know it's 'somewhere' in the TCA but I can't really find where to 
put it...

Even if I put IN the extension (tca.php) a value of 5000, then it still 
keeps on giving the above message.

Any idea?
