[TYPO3] Descending into folders using Jedit extension

Hi,
I'm running the jeditvfs extension which allows Typo editing with an 
external editior - java based Jedit. Based on what I've seen it looks 
like it can prove to be extremely useful in typo editing but I'm having 
a problem getting it to descend into the templates within a storage 
folder. What I mean by that is that I have a number of templates within 
a Sysfolder and I've not found the method to specify a particular 
template to edit
