[TYPO3] I Can't Log Into Admin... Warning... ...typo3temp/llxml is not a directory

Yes, I went into the install tool, but I can't change chown permissions 
on my end.  I have to get my host to do that.

I wasn't sure if it was a chown problem or not, that's why I posted the 
problem.
