[TYPO3] lost Language Iso Code after upgrade to static_info_tables 1.8

It has been up before as far as I remember and I had the same issue. Just
can find the mail right now...

The solution as I remember it: go to the install tool, remove (uninstall)
the sr_language_menu, install the sr_language_menu.

Now you should be able to select the ISO code again.

I have a multilanguage page set up with Templavoila 0.4.0 on Typo3 3.8.1.
After upgrading static_info_tables to 1.8. I can not switch languages
anymore via sr_languae_menu. When having a look on Pagelanguages, I cannot
choose the official Language (iso) anymore. There is just a message like
[Invalid Value ("26")] .

How  can I fix that?
