[TYPO3] private TER

Hello,


i just installed T3 4.0b3 and i am very happy. Now i would like to
install a private extension repository to manage private and changed
extensions. But i cannot fint a download for TER2.0. Does anyone know,
where i find it?
We have a number of older T3 Installations. Is there a possibility to
patch the older Version to get work with a private TER?
