[TYPO3] Link to the Single View of an item in RTE

I created a staff-extension and now would like to set a link in the RTE
to the Single View of the different staff members (items). 
Any hint how that could work? In the RTE only the plugin itself is shown
as an object to link to, but not the items themselves.
