[TYPO3] Unhide pages created by "copy/paste" automatically

Thanks for your answer.

I tried: 

TCAdefaults.pages.hidden = 0

setup.default.neverHideAtCopy = 1
setup.override.neverHideAtCopy = 1

in the TSconfig for the user and in the main template but pages created
with copy/paste are still hidden. Is there anything else that needs to
be set?
