[TYPO3] Document_Root / Typo3_Document_Root with CGIWrapper not correct

Hi,
Fastest and safe method is.
open class.t3lib_div.php, and rewrite that function.
you can return a constant for it.
It is just not portable. And I am serious.
I think typo3 should provide something like constant or ENV variable
to override these wrong auto-detection value.
Specially you already known it is broken in some cases, but not found
a solution.
