[TYPO3] confg. language Params

Hi all,

where do I find the lists supplying the parameters/values/arguments for:

  - config.sys_language_isocode
  - config.metaCharset

Any suggestions or hints?

For config.locale_all I found out it uses the values from LC_ALL/php.net
