Yes, it does. Recently I fixed a couple of problems there (like 404
handling, same path in multisite environment and wrong mount point
handling). Many thanks to NetCreators for sponsoring this. I tested
realurl with CVS version of typo3 (beta2 and later). It was released a
couple of days ago to TER.
